• Do not add ice cubes as the impact may break the glass container;
• Do not pour sauces, salty foods, or any other liquid ingredients into
the container in order to prevent the thermal carafe from oxidizing;
• Do not clean your thermal carafe bleach, or any other chlorine-based
cleaning product. Avoid using abrasives which may scratch/damage
the surface of the product;
• Do not use it in the microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, or
freezer;
• Since this is a serving item, we recommend you always transport
this product in an upright position;
• Do not remove the glass container the thermal carafe pot unless it
breaks or is damaged. If it breaks, please proceed as detailed under
item: Replacing the glass container;
• All glass needs to be handled with full attention – the thermal carafe
with a glass container is the same.
4. Cleaning instructions:
• Use mild detergent, a soft sponge, and tepid water to clean; rinse
well with clean water;
• Do not use a brush with bristles that may break the glass container;
• Measure 2 tablespoons of baking soda and fill the thermal carafe
with hot water, let it stand for 12 hours; proceed with the daily
cleaning.
