INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
BUMPER IS HEAVY, ASSISTANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID POSSIBLE INJURY OR
DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.
Vehicle Preparation
1.
Disconnect factory fog lamp connectors (if applicable), zip tie harness to frame.
2.
Remove fasteners holding OEM bumper to chassis using a 15mm wrench. Fasteners may be accessed from the sides
underneath and through the slots in the OEM bumper
(Fig 1A & 1B)
.
3.
Loosen fastener and swing outer bumper support tube down to allow the OEM bumper to come off the front.

4.
Remove dart clips, and bolt (passenger side only) connecting inner fender to body
(Fig 2)
.
5.
Remove OEM bumper.
6.
Remove factory tow hook assemblies by removing 3 bolts (each). Set bolts aside as they will be reused.
