1.  Remove all items from inside the grill barrel and 

pellet hopper.

2.  Attach legs to grill frame assembly and braces  

to legs.

3.  Attach the chrome door handle and side handle.
4.  Assemble smokestack: attach the flue pipe to the 

grill frame assembly and mount the chimney cap 
assembly.

5.  Position the heat baffle over the hopper assembly.

6.  Position the grease drain pan over the heat baffle.
7.  Position the porcelain-coated grill grate and extra 

grill rack.

8.  Hang the grease bucket.
