Make sure that Rotisserie base units are parallel to each other. Now fully
tighten and secure the Extension Tubes (46,47,48).

Begin lifting the vehicle up with the hydraulic rams. Lift just high enough to
remove Jack Stands.
NOTE: The vehicle is not centred and balanced and will not
spin yet. It will just swing like a clock pendulum.
CAUTION:
This is the most dangerous time during the use of the Car Body
Rotisserie unit. We have incorporated safety features that prohibit you from
turning the Rotisserie unit while adjusting. This also prevents the unit from
slipping while adjusting.

Always start with the Adjustable Swing Arms (16) as low as it can be.
NOTE: This
will make the vehicle bottom heavy to help prevent causing an accident or
personal injury.

Turn Balance Screw Rod (1) until Car Body can be safely rotated
.

Back out the Balance Screw Rod (1) enough to swing the vehicle with Handle
(17).
11)
Test the balance by swinging the vehicle from side to side.

Lock Car Body into position before work commences.
NOTE: Always apply good grade lithium grease to all sliding parts. This will provide for
consistent smooth and easy rotation.

STORAGE
This Car Body Rotisserie should always be stored in a dry location on a level surface.

MAINTENANCE
Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Non-authorised parts
may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
Keep the Car Body Rotisserie clean for best and safest performance.
6.
SERVICE & REPAIR
Any Car Body Rotisserie found damaged in any way, or found to be worn or operates
abnormally should be removed from service until repaired by an authorised service agent.
Owners and / or operators should be aware that repair of this product may require
specialised equipment and knowledge. Only authorised parts, labels and decals shall be
used on this equipment. Annual inspection of the engine stand is recommended and can
be made by an authorised repair facility to ensure that your equipment is in optimum
condition and that the equipment has the correct decals and safety labels specified by the
manufacturer.
