SAFETY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the car body rotator ensure it is in sound condition, and good working
order.
ü
Replace or repair damaged parts.
Use recommended parts only. Non-authorised
parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
ü
Keep the car body rotator clean for best and safest performance.
ü
Locate the car body rotator in an adequate working area for its function, keep area
clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials, and ensure there is adequate
lighting.
ü
Use on a firm, level surface capable of sustaining the car body rotator and the load.
ü
Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-
slip shoes.
ü
Ensure all non-essential persons keep a safe distance whilst the car body rotator is in
use.
ü
Lock the Safety Lock in position before working around the load, and ensure the load
is centred and securely mounted.
ü
Ensure the car body rotator and the load is stable.
ü
To move a loaded car body rotator, push it from the load side, above the two fixed
wheels. Never pull the car body rotator towards yourself. Also ensure surface over
which the car body rotator is to travel is strong enough to take the car body rotator
load and that it is not cracked, uneven or obstructed.

DO NOT operate unit if damaged.
û
DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the car body rotator.
û
DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of 1800kg.
