6.3 Check the scope of delivery
Prior to the installation, the scope of delivery has to be checked for completeness using the delivery note and,
where necessary, the project drawing.
The components must not be deformed or damaged in any way.
Do not try to repair or use any damaged components. They must be replaced with original parts only.

6.4.1 Fixing clamps
(Fig. 16 – 17a)
1. The
fi
xing clamps (Pos. 2 of the general view) is
fi
xed
to the sub-construction using an M12 screw (2).
2. The M12 screw (2) is guided through the middle, anti-
twist protected hole (1) of the clamp.
3. Fix the M12 screw above the sub-construction with a
spring washer and a self-locking nut.
Torque for the screw connection:
M12 (2) = 60 Nm
M 8 (3) = 18 Nm

1. The clamps (Pos. 7) are placed on the I-120 beam
already installed on-site and pre-assembled hand tight.
2. After inserting the guide rail (see 6.4.5), the screws (1)
are screwed tight.
Torque for the screw connection: M10 = 35 Nm
