SPECIAL MODE
CALIBRATION INSTRUCTION
Essential conditions :
•
Load cell and display should be correctly connected
•
Load cell fixed on taut or not taut wire rope
•
For HF 36/2 & /3, the rotating stop block must be adjusted according with the wire rope
diameter ( Position must be similar as in the standard mode).
•
Install a dynamometer in line, it will give the standard tension value.
•
Tight the system at is normal working value. (Our example : 900 daN )
•
Turn the display ON
Our example: Control of a steel muti-strand wire rope,

10 mm tightened 900 daN.
