Clean Solids Collector trap or
replace as needed.
Turn unit off. Turn lid of solids
canister counter clockwise and
remove lid. Remove trap and
replace as needed. Trap size
is 2 1/8” Item Code. 53016-L
Once usage is complete, Its
recommended that clean
water be purged through the
machine. Vacuum
approximately two cups of
water through the suction
lines, Allow waste container to
drain. This will remove any left
over waste in the lines.
Should you encounter a
blown fuse they are located
in two places. The internal
power inlet has a 15 amp 250
Volt fuse. 5 x 20 mm.

Setting up unit for operation
Connect power cable to inlet
power port on the back of the
unit as shown.
Replacement Power Cord:

Turn the power switch to the
“on” position and the unit’s air
compressor will cycle on.
Turn the power switch to the
“off” position to discontinue
use.
Install waste container onto
the back of the PC 2630 unit.
