Unit will not power on:
Check power cord.
Check power switch.
Check fuse. Fuse is 250V 15Amp
5X20mm
If no green light is illuminated then
there is no power to the main switch.
Check fuse. Check outlet.
Check internal PCB fuses on MAIN
PCB.
Suction is low
Check suction Valve Spools and verify
only one is in the open position.
Check Solids Waste container. Clean
or replace if needed.
Check for internal leaks inside the
machine.
Unit is very loud when the
motor is running.
The motor should ramp un in rpms
once in the on position. Check for any
suction clogs if the motor appears to
be strained. If the motor makes loud
screeching sounds, discontinue use
and contact TPC support.
The unit powers on and when
I remove the suction valve
the motor will not turn on.
Check internal waste container and
verify its empty. Check level probes
inside the tank and verify they are
clean. If the probes become corroded
you may need to clean them with an
abrasive cloth or pad.
The fuse continues to blow
Short or fault in the electrical circuit.
Call TPC tech support for further
assistance.
Waste continues to drain out
of the back of the machine
when in use.
Check the internal waste container
check valve. Clean and reseat if
necessary.
