CURRENT IS APPLIED AT ALL TIMES THROUGH THE HEATER FUSE TO TERMINAL 5 OF HEATER RELAY. WHEN THE IGNITION SW IS
TURNED ON, CURRENT FLOWS THROUGH GAUGE FUSE TO TERMINAL 3 OF HEATER RELAY
