Features Continued..
This feature protects the vehicle against excessive loads by utilising a ‘smart’ circuit.
The smart circuit can provide up to 15A current to any one socket. If both sockets are used
simultaneously, then a combination of 22A current can be provided. If the current limit is
exceeded, then Over Current Protection will activate and power will be cut off from both
sockets.

Status LED's
The
12V Auxiliary Power Socket has 2 status LED's which illuminate during
operation according to the following situations.

LED
Red
LED
Green LED will flash slowly for 20 seconds on start up to
indicate the system is operating correctly.
Green LED will flash quickly for approximately five minutes before
the sockets are isolated from vehicle power due to low battery
charge.
Green LED will flash slowly for
AFTER the
sockets have re-connected to vehicle power.
20 seconds
Red LED will STAY SOLID ON when the sockets detect an
excessive current draw from the connected device (e.g.
short circuit).
Red LED will
if the vehicle battery voltage
exceeds 16V.
STAY SOLID ON
Red LED will
flash quickly when the sockets have
been isolated from the vehicle due to low battery charge.
double
Red LED will flash slowly (once every 8 seconds) when the
system is in standby mode. This can occur when vehicle
battery is critically low or when vehicle and product have not
been used for 96 hours.
The Red and Green LED will flash
