4. OPERATING INSTRUCTION
•
After starting the engine, allow the MOTOVIBRATOR to enter the
concrete by its own weight. The concrete will be ready when the surface
surrounding the tube becomes shiny (cream) and no more air bubbles
rise. Do not leave the MOTOVIBRADOR for a long time with the risk of
segregation of materials, and consequent reduction in the resistance of
the concrete.
•
Remove the MOTOVIBRADOR slowly to avoid the formation of holes in
the concrete. Never stop the engine before removing the
MOTOVIBRADOR from the concrete.
•
Never vibrate the hardware or forms.
•
Never use the MOTOVIBRADOR as a lever or hammer.
•
The level concrete layer should be approximately 30 to 50 cm. Do not
spread the concrete with the vibrator.
•
Vibrate systematically.
