Ingredients
3 tbsp. salad dressing
½ bell pepper
½ red onion
Handful of canned chickpeas
1 carrot
Handful of broccoli florets
Handful of cress
Method
1.
Spiralize your carrot and onion, using different blades to create
contrasting textures.
2.
Put the salad dressing in the bottom of the jar, and top with
chopped bell pepper, and then spiralized carrot.
3.
Follow with chickpeas, broccoli and the red onion.
4.
Stuff the top with cress or greens of your choice.
