INGREDIENTS
20g plain flour, seasoned
1 small egg, beaten
25g panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp Cajun spice mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil
12 raw tiger prawns
Spray vegetable oil
METHOD
1.
Place the flour, egg and breadcrumbs into three shallow
bowls. Sprinkle the Cajun spice over the breadcrumbs, drizzle
over the oil and mix well with your hands, rubbing the oil into
the crumbs. Place the flour, egg and breadcrumb mixture into
three separate shallow bowls.

To prepare the prawns, dust them in the flour, coat in the egg,
then press into the breadcrumbs. The prawns should be fully
coated in the crumb.
3.
When ready to cook, spray the prawns lightly with oil then
place on an air flow rack lined with parchment paper on the
middle shelf of the air fryer. Start the prawn program. The
prawns should be golden and crisp however they may require
a few minutes more cooking time depending upon the size of
the prawns.
