Bill of Materials 

 

Tools/Materials to Facilitate Installation 

Depending on where your green will be installed, you may need some or all of the tools and materials 
listed below.  Generally, for indoor installations, a screw driver and a box cutter to open the shipping 
boxes is all that’s needed.

Work gloves & Safety glasses 
Electric (or power) drill & bits 
Manual or powered screw driver 
Box cutter or knife 
Hammer or small sledge hammer 
Wooden mallet 
Small hand shovel 
Garden Hoe 
Garden spade 
Measuring tape 
String and string level or 10’ 2 x 4 and 3’ carpenter’s level 
Lawn sprayer and broad-spectrum herbicide or line trimmer 
Wheel barrow 
Landscaping or tine-type rake 
Sod cutter (rental equipment) 
Lawn roller or plate compactor (rental equipment) 

Powdered lime 
Play sand or pea gravel 
60d, 6” timber tie spikes , or similar 
     (e.g., ~10” x 1/4” steel rod, for perimeter panel 
              staking on outdoor installations) 
Weed barrier or landscaping fabric 
     (“Commercial Grade Weed Control Fabric” 
       by DuPont, or similar) 
Silicone spray 
General purpose spray cleaner (Formula 409

Materials 

Your green will be delivered in boxes sized for easy handling.  The aggregate shipment will contain the 
following items (see page 5 to identify the part numbers shown in parentheses):

6 Straight Edge Panels (P2-SE) 

• 

4 Outside Radius Panels (P2-ORSCE) 

• 

0 Inside Radius Panels (P2-IRSCE) 

• 

0 Interior Center Panels (P2-IC) 

• 

0 Interior Center Panels with Cup (P2-ICC) 

• 

2 Hole Fillers (A2-CFPA) 

• 

2 Floating Cups (A2-FCA) and cup washers (A2-DW) 

• 

Contour Pads (A2-CPS-2) of varying size 

• 

2 Pins including ball retriever base, hole pin stick, and plastic pin head [or up-
graded flag head] (A2-PA) 

• 

20 (approx.) self threading lag screws and washers (NOTE:  Greens with used 
plastic bases may or may not come with fasteners.  Appropriate fasteners can be 
purchased at hardware or “big box” home center stores.)
