we will either repair or replace it as part of the product’s 5 year limited warranty.

If the product has malfunctioned during normal use, the responsibility of ToughTested

is limited solely to the
repair or replacement (at its option) of the product. This warranty does not extend to damage or failure that
results from misuse, neglect, accidents, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance.

• Please be sure to use the appropriate charging cables for your device when trying to charge it.
• Please be advised device may heat up slightly when charging and dis-charging, this is normal.
• Please store this power bank in a cool dry place if not in use for long intervals. Be sure to fully charge this
device every 6 months if you plan to store it for long periods.
• Please do not leave this item on your car dashboard to charge, dashboards are prone to becoming very hot
and this could damage the device’s internal battery.
