contacting TouchTunes Support:

Jukebox ID or PlayPorTT ID.

Jukebox model (e.g., Allegro MX-1).

The serial number of any component you believe to be defective.

The date/time of the problem.

Actions performed immediately before the problem occurred.

Any additional comments.

Service light does not illuminate 
when door is opened.

Power from harness not properly 
connected.

Check connection from wiring harness to 
service light board.

Service light remains on when 
door is closed.

Insufficient time to perform 
action.

The service light module may take up to 10 
seconds to detect a change and perform the 
appropriate action.
Wait a few seconds longer and observe the 
status of the lights.

Manual override switch turned 
ON.

Newer service lights (p/n 300405-***) are 
equipped with a pushbutton switch that 
enables the light to stay on at all times.
Verify that the switch is in the OFF (up) 
position to allow the service light to turn off 
once the door is closed.
