Jukebox ID or PlayPorTT ID.

Jukebox model (e.g., Allegro MX-1).

The serial number of any component you believe to be defective.

The date/time of the problem.

Actions performed immediately before the problem occurred.

Service light does not illuminate 
when door is opened.

Power from harness not properly 
connected.

Check connection from wiring harness to 
service light board.

Service light remains on when 
door is closed.

Board not properly seated on all 
4 PCB board supports.

Check that board is properly seated on all 4 
PCB board supports.

Some boards (PN 300405-001) 
are equipped with a bypass 
switch for keeping the light on 
even when the door is closed, 
and this switch is depressed.

Press the switch on the board to turn the 
light off.

PCB board supports not firmly 
seated in cross member of 
cabinet.

Check that all 4 PCB board supports are 
seated firmly in their mounting holes.

The service light can take up to 
10 seconds to turn off.

Wait a few seconds longer and observe the 
status of the lights.
