Connect the HDMI or DVI source either to the dual-view video processor [P/N: 700246-
001 (MX-1003BB)] or the HDMI CAT5e extender [P/N: 700243-001 (CV-57BB)] to the video
input.
2.
Connect the S/PDIF or stereo audio source to RCA jack or 3.5mm jack.
3.
For connecting to component (YPbPr) TV or projector, link VGA-component breakout
cable (P/N: 300424-072) to the VGA output connector then link a component cable (P/N:
300421-072) to the component (YPbPr) TV or projector.

Power up the HDMI / DVI to component converter [P/N: 700220-001 (CV-509)] with the
5V 4A DC power supply unit (P/N: 700229-001) connected.

Power up the converter [P/N: 700220-001 (CV-509)]. Connect display to VGA/YPbPr
Output.

To learn EDID for HDMI source i.e., the HDMI CAT5e extender [P/N: 700243-001
(CV-57BB)], pull down the DIP switch 1 to ON, the red LED will flash to indicate the EDID
learning process is complete. You DON’T NEED to pull up the DIP switch again unless you
want to learn another EDID by pulling DIP switch 1 up and down.

To learn EDID for DVI source i.e., the dual-view video processor [P/N: 700246-001
(MX-1003BB)], pull down the DIP switch 2 to ON, the red LED will flash to indicate the
EDID learning process is complete. You DON’T NEED to pull up the DIP switch again
unless you want to learn another EDID by pulling DIP switch 1 up and down.
