The toilet lid opens

Is the sensor directly exposed to sunlight?

Do not directly expose the sensor to sunlight, because it may cause
incorrect detection.

Is there a heater within the detection range of the body sensor?
➞
Do not place within the detection range of the sensor.
●
Is a urinal or wash basin also installed in the bathroom?
➞
The sensor may detect someone using the urinal, causing the toilet lid to
open or close.

Is "AUTO OPEN/CLOSE (LID)" set to "ON"?

Is AUTO CLOSE WAITING TIME set to 25s?

The seat switch may have dif

Stops (or closes)
while opening
●
If the lid or seat hits an obstruction the
fi
rst time it opens after inserting the
power plug, it may stop (or close) partway during the next operation.

While there are no obstructions, disconnect the plug and insert it again
after about 5 seconds. Then press the "OPEN/CLOSE (Seat)" button on
the remote control.

If the lid or seat hits an obstruction the
fi
rst time it opens after switching ON
the breaker on the distribution board, it may stop (or close) partway during
the next operation. (Asia, Oceania, Middle East)

Eliminate any obstructions and switch the breaker on the distribution board
to OFF. Switch it to ON again after about 5 seconds. Then press the "OPEN/
CLOSE (Seat)" button on the remote control. (Asia, Oceania, Middle East)
