Wipe the bowl with a soft cloth and warm soapy water or mild cleaning 

detergent. Dry the bowl using a soft clean cloth. 

Clean oily dirt, residue, etc. off the bowl with a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol.

Regularly drying the upper face of the bowl will help maintain the appearance 

of the lavatory.

To remove a clog in the drain, gently pull the drain cover 

up and out to access the drain and remove the clog.

a repair. If you still cannot solve the problem after reviewing this section, please 

contact TOTO® (see the last page of this manual for contact information). 

The bowl does not light up.

Has the LED connector been connected to the power

adapter connector?

Make the proper wiring connections.

Has the switch on the power adapter been turned on?

Has the wall switch been turned on?

Turn the switch to the on position.

Have a professional verify that the wall 

outlet works.

Is the circuit breaker thrown?

Check that the circuit breaker is not thrown.


The light of the bowl is faded.

Is the LED faded due to product lifespan?

(The lifespan is approximately 25,000 hours and the 

brightness drops by 70%.) 

Replace the LED with a new one.
(See the “Replacing the LED section” in this 

manual.)
