2.3.4. Program/Erase Time of Data Flash

Programming is performed in the unit of 4 bytes (1 word).
Erasing is performed in the unit of Page, Block, Area, or on entire chip. An erase time varies depending on the

command to be used. Please refer to “2.3.5 Memory Capacity and the Configuration” for detail.
