4 Replacement Procedures

4.14 Bluetooth Module

Install the thermal module according to the following procedures.

1.

Apply Shinetsu 7762 grease on the thermal module as shown in Figure 4.36. If you are
installing a new CPU thermal module, remove the release papers on the thermal pads first.

Carefully seat the thermal module on the motherboard and secure it with four M2x4.5 screws
in the correct order, as shown in Figure 4.37.
