Procedures
1) Follow to the procedure in the above item
.
2) Remove the cable holder from the rear side
of the main unit.
3) Remove two fixing screws at the left side of
the end plate of the heat exchanger.
4) Remove the fixing screw at the lower right
side of the heat exchanger.
5) Remove right side of the end plate from two
fixing ribs while sliding slightly the heat
exchanger rightward.

Bearing
Fan motor
1) Follow to the procedure in the items
and
-4), and remove the bearing from the
bearing base.
<Caution at assembling>
If the bearing is out from the housing, push it
into the specified position and then incorporate
it in the main body.
1) Follow to the procedure in the item
.
2) Loosen the set screw of the drift fan at the
discharge port.
3) Remove two fixing screws of the motor band
(Right), and then remove the motor band
(Right).
4) Pull the fan motor outward.
In assembling work, install the fan
motor as follows.
• Adjust the positions so that the
connector cover attached to the
connector of the fan motor does
not come to contact with the
drain pan or motor band. (For
SKF-140-30-1 type fan motor,
no connector cover is provided.)
Arrange mark of the concave
round hole (or circle mark)
correctly with mark of
the motor band (Right).
