When fingers are caught in 

the handrail inlet.

Use tools (driver etc.) to help the 

victim to draw out his/her fingers 

from the handrail inlet.

 

Hand and/or foot are caught 

in between the comb.

Remove the comb with a 

screwdriver.

 

The foot is caught in between 

the step and the skirt guard 

panel.

Use tools (bar, etc.) to widen the 

clearance between the skirt guard 

and step.
