When the TEL SG is joined
with the base to made bell
signal, does PIN 4 of BU8
change from high to low.
By using voltmeter check
BU8.
BU8 is defective.
By using voltmeter check BU3
of base.
Check TEL network primary
circuit.
BU3 is defective.
