6. SELF DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
1) Press the "9" button on the Remote Controller while the
setting menu is displayed in the service mode.
The diagnosis will begin to check if the interface between
the IC's has been executed properly.
2) The following displays are shown on the screen during
the diagnosis.

Red: Inspection requiring blocks
Description
Displays an abbreviated protection signal (the last circuit used) and
the number of detections.
Performs a diagnosis when a synchronization signal is detected from
the input or AUDIO/VIDEO signal is found to be present or absent. The
faulty location is displayed in color.
Execute a one-time diagnosis for the first time by pressing the 9 button
on the Remote Controller.

When the circuit displays another number, over current
is apt to flow, posing a risk of damage to the circuit parts.
