STEP

Thread one 3/8 X 2” BOLT (34) and one 3/8”
JAM NUT (40) into the BUSHING on the LEFT
DOOR (8) as shown.

Turn the BOLT clockwise until it makes contact
with the top of the WHEEL SUPPORT (7).
Thread the JAM NUT down to the BUSHING and
tighten SECURELY.

NOTICE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN 3/8 X 2”
BOLT. OVER TIGHTENING BOLT WILL
MAKE THE DOOR DIFFICULT TO ROTATE
IN AND OUT.

Repeat the above steps for the RIGHT DOOR
(6).

After the LEFT and RIGHT DOORS (8 & 6) have
been assembled, release the SPRING PINS on
the DOORS and close. The DOORS should lock
smoothly and completely into the DOOR LOCK
ANGLE of the TOP BOOM (4). If the DOOR
LOCK ANGLE should need adjustment, simply
loosen the two front BOLTS and adjust the
DOOR LOCK ANGLE up or down until the
DOORS lock smoothly and completely. Re-
tighten bolts.
