18. Install the upper and lower radiator hose.
19. Loosely install the cooler lines connections in the following order:
- Cooler lines at Radiator
- Cooler lines at Bulk Head Plate
- Transmission at Bulk Head Plate
Tech Tip : Avoid cross threading that could potentially damage the component.
20. Tighten in the following order:
- Bulk Head Mount Plate Bolts
- Cooler Lines at Radiator
- Cooler Lines at Bulk Head
- Transmission Side Hydraulic Hoses at Bulk Head
- RH Torque Motor Hoses
NOTE: The tightening sequence is necessary to avoid binding.
Tech Tip : Verify line routing to avoid unwanted contact.
21. Install the RH ROPS brace onto the ROPS, secure with four lock nuts and bolts (two at ROPS, two at radiator
bracket). Torque bolts to 100-110 ft-lbs. (135-149 Nm).
22. Place a new zip tie on the coolant tank drain hose and fuel lines.
23. Install the overflow hose to the top of the radiator.
24. Install the exhaust tube and secure with two exhaust clamps.
25. Install exhaust plate and secure with three torx screws and lock nuts securing the exhaust plate to the
machine.
26. Repeat step 21 for the LH ROPS brace.
27. Install the air intake hose from the air cleaner to the engine.
28. Install the two chassis grounds.
