Adjusting the Height of Cut
1. Enter the operator’s position. Place a foot on the
foot assist pedal and apply pressure.
2. While maintaining pressure on the pedal, pull
inward and up on the height-of-cut lever and move
it to the desired position.

3. Raise the height-of-cut lever to the transport
position, cutting height position G (also the
4-1/2 inch [115 mm]) (Figure 17).

Positioning the Seat
The seat can move forward and backward. Position the
seat where you have the best control of the machine
and are most comfortable.
1. Raise the seat and loosen the adjustment knob just
enough that seat can move (Figure 18).
