Problem Possible Causes
Dump hopper does not raise. Fuse (20 Amp) is faulty (other sweeper functions
affected as well).
Problem with power or ground from vehicle (other
sweeper functions affected as well).
Hopper switch or circuit wiring is faulty.
Demand solenoid valve coil (S2) or circuit wiring is
faulty.
Hopper up solenoid valve coil (S1) or circuit wiring is
faulty.
Hydraulic problem exists (see Chapter 3 – Hydraulic
System).
Dump hopper does not lower. Fuse (20 Amp) is faulty (other sweeper functions
