Installing the Trim Seal

Trim seal
Procedure
On models with more than a 1/2-inch gap between
the belt cover and the front of the engine, add the trim
seal to the belt cover to further prevent moisture from
entering the drive area.
1. Start on one edge of the trim seal and force the trim
over the edge of the belt cover, working around the
entire length of the belt cover (Figure 5).

2. Install the belt covers, ensuring that the trim seal
stays in place on the belt cover.
