Slope Safety

Before operating on any slope, complete a site
survey to determine the actual slope where you
will operate the machine.

Avoid mowing on wet grass. Poor footing could
cause a slip-and-fall accident.

Mow with caution near drop-offs, ditches, or
embankments.

When using the machine, always keep both hands
on the handle.

When cutting from the top of a steep slope and
you need longer reach, use an approved extended
handle if you need a longer reach.
