Checking the Tire Pressure
Check the tire pressure before use; refer to Checking
the Tire Pressure (page 28) .
Important:
Maintain pressure in all tires to
ensure a good quality-of-cut and proper machine
performance.
Do not underinflate the tires.
Checking the Fluid Levels
1. Check the engine-oil level before starting the
engine; refer to
Checking the Engine-Oil Level
(page 56) .
2. Check the hydraulic-fluid level before starting
the engine; refer to
Checking the Hydraulic-Fluid
Level (page 66) .
3. Check the cooling system before starting the
engine; refer to
Checking the Cooling System
(page 63) .
Greasing the Machine
Grease the machine before use; refer to Greasing the
Bearings and Bushings (page 53) . Failure to properly
grease the machine results in premature failure of
critical parts.
