• Use the handle (C) to pull the direction latch (D) up
until it clicks into place;
• Hold the beam (F) steady and pull the operating
lever (E) downward, (or forward if used horizontally);
• Continue to pump the lever;
• When the load is lifted to the required height, set the
lever in the upright position and engaged the clip (G)
onto the beam;
• Place a ½” high stress bolt (not supplied) through
the hole immediately below the lifting mechanism to
act as a safety pin, or use a jack stand;
• To lower a load, push the direction latch down (still
use the handle C), pump the lever (the load must be a
min. 75 kg).
• The jack does not require special maintenance, but it must be kept well lubricated;
• Inspect the jack before use for damage and cracks, and do not use it if it is not in proper condition;
• Front and back of the rail must be kept rust free, do not use it when rusting happened.
