Q8: I always receive mobile alarm notifications, but no
one is found in the video?
A8: If the camera's motion alarm sensitivity is set too high,
any passing objects will trigger an alarm, such as animals
walking by, shaking of plants, sudden changes in light, etc.
Please set the appropriate sensitivity and set an alarm area
(such as in front of the door), so that motion detection can
work more effectively. In addition, when the weather
changes and there is rain or snow, the camera's motion
detection function will be disturbed.
