1) Passer les tubes aluminium à travers le bouchon caoutchouc. Mettre
les deux rondelles alu de part et d’autre du bouchon. S’assurer que
la plus large est bien sur le grand côté du bouchon. Enfiler la vis au
centre du bouchon et la visser de quelques tours provisoirement. Bran-
cher la durit d’alimentation silicone sur le tube du bas le plus court.
Brancher le plongeur de l’autre côté. Ajuster la longueur de la durit de
manière à ce que le plongeur, une fois introduit dans le réservoir, ef-
fleure à peine la paroi arrière. Couder le plus long tube alu de manière
à ce qu’il touche la paroi supérieure du réservoir.
Put the aluminium pipes through the rubber plug.
Put the tank caps on the both sides of the rubber
plug. Make sure large one goes on the large side.
Put screw to the center of the rubber plug from
the large end and tighten it for a couple of turns
temporarily. Put the silicone fuel line on the inner
end of the short aluminium pipe. Put the clunck at
the other end of silicon fuel line. Adjust the length
of the fuel line so it is just enough for the clunck to
touch the back of fuel tank. Bend the inner end of
the long aluminium pipe so that it will touch the
top of the fuel tank.
2) Pousser l’ensemble bouchon dans le réservoir jusqu’à la gorge.
Visser la vis centrale.
Attach the complete fuel tank cap in the fuel tank
all the way to the groove of the plug. Tighten the
screw.
3) Installer le réservoir en passant par l’intérieur du fuselage: connec-
ter une durit sur les sorties au niveau du bouchon. Se servir d’un
crochet en CAP pour tirer la boucle formée par la durit pour tirer le
réservoir dans le fuselage et pour passer la durit dans le trou pratiqué
dans la cloison pare-feu. Utiliser un mastic silicone entre le réservoir
et la cloison pare-feu et pousser le réservoir jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait
plus d’espace. A l’arrière fixer le réservoir avec une traverse taillée
dans une chute de balsa. Couper la boucle et connecter les durits au
carburateur et à la pressurisation silencieux.
Install the fuel tank from the inside of the fuse-
lage. Use a silicon based sealer between the tank
and the
fi
rewall and push the fuel tank forward
until there are no gaps. Secure tank with a piece
of balsa, glue in place. Attach silicon pipes from
tank to carburetor and muf
fl
er.
