FOR DUST HALF MASK
MODEL: 82S132 (ZH3310V)
Intended use:
The filtrating half mask is intended for the protection of
respiratory system against non-toxic dusts, smokes and
aerosols of solid particles, for which the concentration
of aerosol dispersed phase does not exceed the value
of 10 x NDS.
Caution:
It must be always assessed if the product ensures
protection suitable for particular working conditions.
If a user has facial hair, it is impossible to obtain proper
tightness of the half mask. In order to ensure proper
protection, a user must have his face shaved.
The filtrating half mask should be replaced, when:
– breathing resistance increased to a level that makes
breathing difficult,
– the half mask is mechanically damaged,
– proper mask tightness cannot be obtained.
The filtrating half mask can be taken off, only when the
contaminated air zone is left.

environment, the oxygen content in the air is less
than 17% by volume.
– when the concentration and contaminated air
composition are unknown,
– in explosion hazard conditions.
The product cannot be modified on one’s own.
Some chemical substances can affect the product.
Contact the manufacturer for detailed information.
Directions for use:
Before using check the technical condition, and in
particular:
check the half mask expiry date, headbands and nose
bridge for correct functioning.
The filtrating half mask should be put on in atmosphere
free of contaminants. When the half mask is put on, the
headbands should be placed in a manner to ensure a
tight fit of the half mask on user’s face. The bottom band
should run around the neck just below the ears, while
the upper band should run across temples to the back of
the head. The nose bridge should be shaped to ensure
close fit of the half mask around the nose. Checking for
tightness: take a deep breath, cover the filtrating part of
the half mask with both hands and exhale vigorously.
If leakage can be felt (the air escapes), the half mask
should be refitted and the test should be repeated until
the satisfactory tightness is obtained.
Storage and maintenance:
The mask should be stored in a tightly closed container
protected against direct sunlight, in the ambient
temperature and relative humidity according to the
pictograms.
As a disposable equipment, the filtrating half mask is
maintenance-free. The maximum usage time of one
filtrating half mask is 8 hours (one shift). When one time
usage is completed, the mask should not be reused.
