PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION
Low compressed air demand, sure and stable maintenance of rotational speed.
1.
Used air outlet is located at the back to avoid any inconvenience during work.
2.
The sander is suitable to remove dust and polish flat surfaces.
3.
warning: The sander cannot be used for other purposes than it is intended for.
4.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This instruction manual must be carefully read, before the sander is used.
1.
when the tool is used, assume a proper body position to prevent undesirable tool movement as a result of reaction forces.
2.
The user must have proper physical strength to hold the sander steadily during work.
3.
Sandpaper discs equipped with a suitable fastening (“Velcro” type) should only be used.
4.
The sander operates under own weight. do not press the sander to the work surface.
5.
The sander should be switched on, when it does not touch the work surface, and then place it on the surface and work the
6.
sander making slow back and forth movements. Lift the sander, before it is switched off.
The surface treatment should be started off with a rough grain sandpaper. while, the finishing treatment should be carried
7.
out with a fine grain sandpaper.
If it is necessary to use a compressed air hose of the length over 7.5 m, the air pressure in the installation should be incre-
8.
ased to compensate for losses due to higher resistance of flow.
make sure that the supplied air pressure corresponds to values given in the specifications.
9.
In case of the compressed air supply stoppage, immediately release the sander activating lever.
10.
Use only lubricants recommended by the sander manufacturer.
11.
The maximum permissible compressed air pressure is 6.5 bar.
12.
The compressed air must be clean and dry.
13.
Used flexible hoses and compressed air installation components must be suitable for compressed air and demand levels.
14.
Use goggles or safety glasses. It is also recommended to use gloves, noise reducing earmuffs and suitable working cloths.
15.
Suitable protection equipment for respiratory tracts should be used depending on a work material.
16.
Pneumatic tools usually do not have insulations protecting users against contact with electric energy sources.
17.
The compressed air energy can be dangerous to a user.
18.
The sander should not be used in explosion-endangered environments.
19.
Before the sanding disc is replaced, the sander must be disconnected from the compressed air installation.
