The JUMPSURGE3000 is a portable jump starter that
delivers 3,000 peak amps for jump starting a 12V lead-acid
battery in seconds. It supports quick and safe starts for
12V cars, boats, motorcycles, ATVs, lawnmowers, caravans,
tractors, trucks, etc., with up to 9.0-liter gasoline or 7.0-liter
diesel engines. It is able to jump start the batteries 45 times
on a single charge.
It also functions as a power bank to quickly charge
electronic devices like phones and tablets, or supply power
to DC devices.
Please read this manual carefully before using the tool and
keep it for future reference.
1. ONLY use the battery clamps that come with this product.

2. DO NOT use this product if the cable or the jump starter
has any damage.
3. This product can only be used for starting vehicles with
12-volt lead-acid batteries.
4. Only jump-start vehicles when the battery level of the
jump starter is above 50%.
5. If the engine does not start successfully on the first try,
disconnect the clamps from the vehicle battery and wait
at least 20 seconds before reconnecting. DO NOT attempt
more than 3 consecutive jump-starts within 2 minutes.
6. DO NOT put the product under direct sunlight or in high-
temperature areas.
7. DO NOT disassemble the product by yourself.
