You can configure the parameters for the DHCP service on this page. You can enable or
disable the DHCP service on the router by check or uncheck the box of “
Enable DHCP
service
”. The range of the IP address for the DHCP service to distribute can be defined in
the “
Range
” field. These IP addresses should be in the same subnet with the route’s LAN
IP address. The “
Lease time
” field specifies the lease time for each dynamic IP address
assignment, with default 86400, in second.
3.4.2.1.2 DHCP binding
Click the
DHCP Binding
link to enter the DHCP binding configuration page. You can
configure MAC and IP address binding, set up a DHCP binding table, and map the client
MAC address and IP address. The DHCP Server will assign an IP address to your PC
according to the configured binding table based on the MAC addresses.

Click

If the box of “
Deny unknown clients
” is checked, Any device holds the MAC address that
are not on this table will not be able to obtain IP address from the router via DHCP service.
