Operation
• Place the magnifier lamp on a horizontal, flat, stable and adequately big surface, e.g. on a
desk.
Protect valuable furniture surfaces with a suitable pad to prevent scratching, denting
or staining.
• Plug the power adapter into a properly installed household power outlet.
• To turn on/off the magnifier lamp, set the on/off switch located on the top of the base accord-
ingly (“I” = On, “O” = Off).
• Adjust the lamp head as desired.
• In order to use the magnifier, flip the hinged lid upwards.
When not using the magnifier, always cover it with the hinged lid. Otherwise there is
a risk of fire when exposed to sunlight, since the magnifier has the same effect as a
burning lens.
• You may use the trays or openings on the top of the magnifier lamp for storing small compo-
nents or pens.
Securing the lamp base
When moving the lamp base regularly, the mounting
screw could loosen.
Use the small hexagon wrench located in the bottom of
the base to retighten the respective hexagon screw of the
lamp base.
