REPLACING SAW BLADE
1. When replacing the saw blade,make
sure the new saw blade has a diameter
of 12", RPM rating of at least 7,000
and arbor hole of 1" diameter.
2. When mounting the new saw blade,
the direction arrows on the blade
correspond with the arrow on the upper
guard(See Figure 5).
3. Place the saw in the upper position.
4. Use supplied Phillips screwdriver
to remove screw(1) (See Figure 5).
Use supplied Allen wrench to take
out the blade bolt and washer(See Figure 6).
Caution: This is a reverse threaded screw.
If you turn the screw clockwise, it will
loosen; turn counter clockwise it will
6. Press and hold the spindle-lock button,
and rotate the blade at the same time
until it locks into position.
7. Install a new 12” TCT blade.
Assembly is reverse order of disassembly,
reattach and tighten all hardware(See Figure 7).

5. Rotate the lower blade guard upward, out of the
way(See figure 6).
