COMMISSIONING
a)
Lubricate spindle and column with
TOOL FRANCE
oil art. 100385.
b)
Check whether the surface of the clamping table is free of dust, chips or oil residues.
c)
Check that the machining tool is sharp and correctly clamped and that the workpiece is safe is stretched.
d)
Ensure that the work spindle speed is not set too high and that the drilling speed corresponds to the
work to be
performed.
e)
Ensure that everything is prepared before starting work.
NOTE before the first commissioning
a) The V-belt is not tensioned to avoid deformation. Please tighten before use, as described page 16.
b) Before the first use, let the machine run in for 1/2 hour without load at approx. 1000 rpm.
AFTER OPERATION
a) Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the mains.
Always wear safety glasses!
b) Unclamp the tool.
c) Clean the machine, oil bare parts, guides and spindles.
d) Cover the machine with a cloth to protect it from dust and dirt.
SETTING AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE WORKTABLE
a) To raise or lower the worktable, release the clamping lever. Now the table can be raised and lowered on the
column over the rack.
Once the desired height has been reached, the clamping lever must be tightened again to prevent vibration
avoid.
b) The worktable can be rotated 360° after loosening the clamping screw. After setting the desired angular position,
the clamping screw must be tightened again.
SETTINGS FOR DRILLING
a)
Set the drilling depth using the depth stop.
b)
The feed for drilling is now done by turning the star knob.
T-SLOTS ON WORKTABLE AND FOOTPLATE
For safe working, the workpiece must always be firmly clamped on the cross table using a suitable clamping tool. The
T-slots in the work table have a dimension of 12 mm.
