To ensure smooth operations for product assurance we implement and maintain
adequate record keeping systems. If you dispose of or transfer the instrument,
please inform your dealer or our local representative so that we can keep our
records.
When disposing of the product, please follow the relevant laws and local or state
regulations for the waste disposal.
＜ Motor longevity and replacement ＞
The instrument is equipped with the motor which employs carbon brushes.
If the carbon brushes installed in the motor are worn, the motor itself should be
replaced. Call your dealer or our local representative for the replacement of the
motor.
Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to the motor. The
average life expectancy of the motor is several years when it is being operated
under normal conditions but it is only several months if the motor is being used
very often.
7. DISPOSAL AND TRANSFER
WARNING
When disposing or transferring the instrument or its parts, the
instrument or the parts must be appropriately decontaminated
before shipping it in any of the following cases:
1 : In cases where the instrument or any parts of the instrument has been
exposed to infectious and hazardous or radioactive substances.
2 : In cases where the instrument or any parts of the instrument has any
residue of blood or other chemicals and has been identified as
hazardous.
