Sleep is turned on automatically, and sleep time is 21:00 at night to 9:00 in the morning;

6.4 Drink water reminder
After turning on this function, you will be reminded to drink water every hour from 9 am to 9 pm
every day.
6.5 Sedentary reminder
Select the sedentary time (at 30-minute intervals, the minimum is 0m
