TROUBLE SHOOTING
If a fault occurs, f irst check the points listed below before taking the set for repair. Do not open the set as there is a risk of electric
shock. If you are unable to remedy a problem by following these hints, consult your dealer or service center.
WARNING: under no circumstances you should try to repair the set yourself, as this will invalidate the warranty.

Volume not adju sted

- Adjust the volume,
- Connect the AC power cord properly,
- Repl ace the battery, install new battery
correctly.

USB badly scratched / dirty.
USB or SD device is not installed or
installed incorrectly.
Incompatible USB/SD device used.
- Repl ace/clean USB (see maintenance).
- Insert USB/SD device into th e compatible slot.
- Playback u si ng any USB/SD device cann ot be
guaranteed. Please try another USB/SD device.
RADIO
Noise or Sound distorted
1. Station is not tuned properly.
2. FM wire antenna is not positioned
correctly.
3. Station is too weak.
- Adjust tuning control,
- Extend the FM wire antenna ful ly.
- Try other strong stations.
Your bluetooth devi ce has not been paired
properly
Pair your Bluetooth device according to the “Pairing
your Bluetooth Device” section.
The vol ume of your Bluetooth device is set
at too low.
Increase the volume of your Bluetooth device.
No sound when pl aying
audio via Bluetooth
The vol ume control of your TOKAI Tower
Speaker syst em is set too low.
Increase the volume of your TOKAI Tower Speaker
system, by pressing VOL+ button.
Audio cable has not been con nected
properl y.
Check the connection of Audio cabl e between your
Tower speaker system and the external audio
device.

Audio cable is damaged. Use another audio cable for connection.
