3. Starting commissioning

It may differ from the actual design.
1) Make sure that all the valves are closed.
2) Open the valve [A] on the cold water inlet piping slowly to supply water.
3) Open the valve [B] on the hot water outlet piping slowly to supply water to
the unit and vent the air.
4) Open the valve [C] on the condensate outlet piping so the condensate is
discharged.
5) Close the valve [D] on the steam inlet piping slowly and supply steam.
6) When the pressure reducing valve (DR20) in the unit is not adjusted, slowly
turn the handle and adjust to the designated pressure.
7) Check to make sure the steam pressure is stable and adjust the water
temperature by checking the thermometer. (Turn the dial on the front of the
unit to adjust the temperature.)
8) Check the water temperature and adjust as needed.
Once commissioning is complete, the unit is ready for use.
