STEP 11 – Seat and Seat Handlebar Assembly 

 

a.

 

Install the Seat Handlebar (12) on the Seat Frame (11) using 2 Carriage Bolts 
(M8xp1.25x50mm) (107) and 2 Nylon Lock Nuts (M8) (127). 
*NOTE: Be careful not to pinch the Pulse Sensor Cable 4 (140) 

b.

 

Remove four Nylon Lock Nuts (M8) (127) 

from the Seat Fixed Stand (10) 

c.

 

Attach the Seat Frame (11) to the 

Seat Fixed Stand (10) and secure with 4 Nylon 

Lock Nuts (M8) (127) 

d.

 

Install the Seat Cushion (42) on the Seat Frame (11) and secure it with 4 Bolts, 
Socket Head (M8xp1.25x40mm) (113).
