ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: SETTING UP THE BASE
1.
Attach
UPRIGHT POST BRACKET (2)
to the 2 sides of the
BASE TUBE (3),
using
HEX BOLT M12X80 (4),
FLAT WASHER 12 (5), SPRING WASHER 12 (7) AND HEX
NUT M12 (6).
The order of assembly is to insert
HEX BOLT M12X80 (4)
through
these parts, and then place
FLAT WASHER 12 (5), SPRING WASHER 12 (7)
and
HEX NUT M12 (6)
onto the end of the bolt.
FASTEN THE HARDWARE AND TIGHTEN.
2.
Attach two
2.5” SWIVEL CASTOR WHEELS W/LOCK (12)
on one side of the
BASE
TUBES (3),
using F
LAT WASHER 10 (15), SPRING WASHER 10 (13)
and
CAP NUT
M10 (14)
. The order of assembly is to insert the
2.5” SWIVEL CASTOR WHEELS
W/LOCK (12)
through the
BASE TUBES (3),
and then place
FLAT WASHER 10 (15),
SPRING WASHER 10 (13),
and
CAP NUT M10 (14)
onto the end of the bolt.
FASTEN AND TIGHTEN THE HARDWARE.
3.
Attach two
2.5” SWIVEL CASTOR WHEELS (11)
on the other side of the
BASE
TUBES (3), USING FLAT WASHER 10 (15), SPRING WASHER 10 (13),
and
CAP
NUT M10 (14).
The order of assembly is to insert the
2.5” SWIVEL CASTOR
WHEELS (12)
through the
BASE TUBES (3)
, and then place
FLAT WASHER 10 (15),
SPRING WASHER 10 (13)
and
CAP NUT M10 (14)
onto the end of the bolt.
FASTEN AND TIGHTEN THE HARDWARE.
